The site was easy to navigate and the checkout was quick. The company had my item ready for Royal Mail pickup for a day or two, which was a bit annoying since I shelled out extra for faster shipping. Overall, I placed my order on Wednesday night and it showed up on Tuesday. Not too shabby. The product and the communication from the company were top-notch.

"Headphone Order Disappointment"
I ordered a pair of headphones, only to find out a few days later that they were the final set and got messed up in the warehouse. I had to hang tight for a refund before I could grab some from another place. It's kinda funny that the website still showed them in stock that day and even after.
